This policy explains how Guidora Services, trading publicly as Guidora Media, handles personal information submitted through this website. It is a working operational policy prepared for professional legal review.
Information we collect
When you request an audit or contact Guidora, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business location, service interests, marketing goals, approximate budget band, website or Google Business Profile links, current marketing status and the message you provide.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand your business needs, evaluate service fit, recommend next steps, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. Marketing communication is separate and will only be sent where you have provided the relevant consent or another lawful basis applies.
Form processing and service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify. Lead forms are configured for Netlify’s server-side form processing, so submission information may be processed and stored by Netlify on Guidora’s behalf. No CRM or n8n workflow is connected in this phase.
Analytics and advertising technology
No analytics service or advertising pixel is currently configured on this website. The site includes provider-neutral event hooks for future measurement, but no analytics identifier has been added. This policy will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Retention
Subject to final business and legal approval, information from enquiries that do not become a client relationship may be kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for a legal or legitimate business reason. Information connected with an ongoing relationship may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for an appropriate period afterwards.
Sharing and security
Guidora does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communication or professional advice, only to the extent reasonably needed. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information Guidora holds about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time.
