These preliminary terms apply to use of the Guidora Media website. Guidora Media is operated by Guidora Services, a CAC-registered Nigerian business. These terms are prepared for professional legal review and do not replace a specific written service agreement.
Website information
The website provides general information about marketing services and is not a guarantee, professional legal advice or a promise that a particular result will be achieved. Information may be updated as services and platform requirements change.
Enquiries and audits
Submitting an enquiry or free-audit request does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Guidora may request more information before confirming whether a service is suitable.
Service scope and fees
Any paid service, deliverables, timetable, management fee and responsibilities will be agreed separately in writing. Advertising media spend paid to platforms is separate from Guidora’s management fee unless the written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
No guaranteed outcomes
Guidora does not guarantee advertising results, leads, customers, revenue, search rankings or a particular Google Maps position. Results can be affected by the offer, market, budget, competition, platform decisions, creative, website, sales follow-up and other factors outside Guidora’s control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and current business information; obtaining rights to materials you supply; approving work in a timely way; maintaining appropriate account access; and complying with platform rules and laws that apply to your business.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, design and materials belong to Guidora Services or their respective licensors. Project-specific ownership and licences will be set out in the relevant written service agreement. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their owners.
Third-party platforms
Services may depend on platforms such as Meta, Google or Netlify. Guidora does not control their availability, policies, approval decisions, algorithms or account actions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guidora is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Any limitations for paid services should be fair, proportionate and stated in the separate service agreement after legal review.
Governing law and review
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to confirmation and refinement by a qualified Nigerian legal professional. Any dispute process for paid services should be agreed in the relevant contract.
